I don't think the TARDIS would be destroyed form that. Here's a list of what it has survived:
10,000+ Degrees
10,000- Degrees
A fall from 300,000 miles up
Itself
About 3 trillion tons
The Void
Daleks
Cybermen
Sontarans
Corruption
etc.

The TARDIS just can't fly.

"10,000- Degrees"

Didn't know the TARDIS can survive a temperature that is colder than the laws of thermodynamics allow...

The thermodynamics limit doesn't work on Doctor Who. In a recent episode with The Valeyard, they were heading for a cold sun that was over 50,000- degrees. The TARDIS was unable to handle that because it penetrated and took down the shield and filtered it's way into the TARDIS vents.

In some episodes the TARDIS is said to be indestructible, in others not so much.  I recall a Peter Davidson episode where it was literally torn apart and they had to put it back together.  It may be it's indestructibility is not intrinsic (it's not made of indestructible materials) but the result force fields and other defensive systems.  If those systems fail then so does it's indestructibility.
